"This job has a way of surprising you. It takes patience, dedication, motivation and hard work. Dangers exist in my position, but proper training prevents you from being harmed. You are independent and depended on. Customers trust you with there homes when making installments. It takes good people skills and knowledge of the job to keep those customers happy. This job not only prepares you and teaches you only for the job, but it teaches you how to handle other situations. Its a process to learn."
"Although the company is big and it seems a great place to work for, you have to be careful what you do. In my market, my store, although we don't get a lot of traffic, we top every metric every month in comparison. But even though we work so hard to do that, there's always something they find to be wrong. We can be top in sales, percentages, and surveys, but they want higher. Makes it impossible for us to reach everything they want, even with three of us being the top sales in the market."
"I have worked for AT&T as an employee and also as a contractor and enjoyed the opportunity."

"I've worked for AT&T Government Solutions since 2008. It WAS a strong group but now lose one contract after another. All benefits are good as it is ATT!!"
"The direct supervisors, it's a hit or miss with them. Additionally, they are a classic example of it's not always what you know, but rather who you know. Middle managers are pretty much a joke at the location. A few are very good and caring people. The director of the location for ASAP is a good fellow."
"I have worked for the company for some time now and continue to do so unless something significantly more comes along."
"I loved working for this company, sadly my job was out-sourced to India."
"The company treats me well. I have no complaints; my reasons for departing are purely personal and based upon long-term career goals."
"Since YP.com was sold the company no longer focuses on the customers and never the employees. It's always about quantity vs quality now."
