"Its all about the numbers and not at all about the customer. Management thinks of new and ridiculous things to pinpoint and then change their mind about. They don't care about employees so you'd better not get sick. Say goodbye to your social life because you get scheduled to work at any hour - even holidays and weekends. They're never willing to help an employee."

"Remember the concept of quality vs. quantity. It's important."

"If you're upper management, you'll fit right in, if not, think long and hard about your decision."

"We were micromanaged way too much, and the metrics of our scorecards were changed too often and were error-ridden. There was no sense of ownership on the job, as upper management didn't care for individual employee. Employees are never asked for their feedback on how to improve the workplace."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allow for more meaningful feedback from the employees. If there is an outage or the scorecards are inaccurate, the call center employees should not have that count against them, as they have no control over these circumstances."
