"I have worked with Connect Wireless which is a 3rd party company that works under AT&T for 8 months. Connect Wireless is a great company to work for when it comes to taking care of their employees and wanting to see you succeed and grow. The commission and pay were great when putting the proper work and time into getting sales and knowing your product. Overall 5/10 for me"

"Systems are terrible. Training is non-existent. Culture is awful - many very negative people locked into a specific mindset about their work. The offices are rundown, dirty, and out-dated. Leadership talks constantly but never really act on their promises. Most opportunities involve relocating. Constantly short staffed. Good employees never stay for long. Depressing place to work. It's a huge company and things vary from one division to another, but most people I encounter seem unhappy, frustrated, even combative. AT&T cellular service does not work in our own office building - if that tells you anything about the way things are run. I would not recommend working here."

"Very poor culture. No training or direction. Leadership does not communicate well. Office building is a dump. Typical of large companies, it's all about money - not people. Leadership seems to think that if employees feel like they are heard nothing else will matter, which is insulting. Offices are in undesirable locations like Dallas and New Jersey. Very limited room to move forward. Penny pinching to the point of being damaging. Pay/benefits are good, although not sure they are ultimately worth it."
