"Working with AT&T overall was a very positive experience for me. I learned how to work within a team, my strengths as well as weaknesses. My co-workers helped to make the workplace more enjoyable aside from the many pressures of working in a call center environment. Best part of the job was being able to assist customers with their technical issues and insuring the service they're paying for is working. Like any call center there's always the ups and the downs."

"I’ve worked for AT&T since 2008 and have been both impressed and disappointed with the company. Early years they were a fast paced and innovative company with room for growth, but after bad business decisions (buying DIRECTV) the employees paid the price. Multiple rounds of layoffs have left the leaderships roles stretched thin and advancement opportunities limited. If you are willing to relocate the options increase. But don’t expect to be promoted in highly desired regions."

"Work life balance - a joke. Hiring in from the college program gets you more money than a veteran. There is a ceiling on advancement. Blood pressure while there 160/98 (no joke) a week after leaving 115/68 - you decide. Surpluses every 3 years, comp changes every 6 months."
