What do you like about working at AT&T?

"The work was fulfilling and challenging. I enjoyed working with customers and the teams that were able to meet their needs in sales, customer service and future products."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"The opportunity to advance was reduced after all the mergers, and downsizing reducing the opportunity for exponential growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It is hard to fathom laying off over 15,000 people annually when the company is posting annual profits of well over $10B. Management comes across as greedy and uncaring, which in the last few years permeated the organization."

"It was some times difficult to not feel as though I was just another number in the vast size of the company."

"Increase relationships between the Union employees and Management."

"Go back to the basics of business. The company once had a family sense that made it successful, but no longer. Today, profits are more important than employees. It's ruining morale!"
