"Don't work for AT&T. If you have any other options, take them. You are required to do strike duty on top of your own job every 3 years and you can be fired if you don't."

"The managers are allowed to be as crummy or nice to employees as they want. There are no rules and the company does not follow any employment laws."

"Learn to treat your employees with respect and like adults. Make managers accountable for their behavior. Make employee recommendations of their bosses part of performance reviews."

"AT&T pays well and allows me to work from home."

"Make sure that you don't interview at the California offices. If you can, try to work from home."
