What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"Is everything to strong a word? I would say the utter disregard by management to feedback. Managements refusal to say no to a customer. Management's complete lack of understanding for the products we support or how our support work is done. No career ladder. No training. No interest in building up the employee."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Retire."
