"I was very proud to represent AT&T because everyone knew them and it was my job to also make sure they liked us a little more when I leave an account."

"Downsizing. The more senior years with the company, no matter what your age, were provided a retirement package."

"I don't have any suggestion. I had an excellent manager."

"Like to be in control of my own territory and how to run it successfully. Also I love to close my deals"

"Make sure you love to prospect for all new business. Must have a hunter mentality and a very high closing ratio."

"There is not any room for advancement or for any type of professional growth."

"Not to have them compare our quotas to those same quotas from 10 years ago. The market is 100% different than it was 10 years ago."

"Within the last 3 years, executive management has become very controlling. This has stifled employee creativity and loyalty."

"Get back to fostering and empowering middle management decision making."
