"I’ve worked for AT&T for a year already and it’s very good if you are into sales. Great Benefits, 41K, PTO, and so much more. I’ve even gone to Sales events over the summer so I’m pretty hype about this job. If you want to make some real money this is where it’s at."

"Although the company is big and it seems a great place to work for, you have to be careful what you do. In my market, my store, although we don't get a lot of traffic, we top every metric every month in comparison. But even though we work so hard to do that, there's always something they find to be wrong. We can be top in sales, percentages, and surveys, but they want higher. Makes it impossible for us to reach everything they want, even with three of us being the top sales in the market."

"Ideas are rarely acknowledged, company culture isn't progressive. Sales environment can be taxing."

"Management should open more front line communication. Ideas and suggestions should be taken seriously, more flexibility with employees."
