"I worked with AT&T for 15 years. They have been a very good company to work for and enhanced my professional development. The only downside to working here is the constant threat of being outsourced which is what ultimately led to me leaving the company."
"If you're not drowning in work you can take on more!"
"The company tells us that Wire Technician is the future of this company but yet they put us on one of the lowest wage scales the company has."
"This is a good company to work as a employee."
"I have been working for almost 7 years, assisting customers to resolve their technical issues with their computers and their cellphones. Customer service is a position that has to be done with a lot of patience and also is required for the customer support agent to understand customer situation and do whatever he/she can to resolve the issue. At AT&T our primary job was to resolve customer's issues and offer an excellent service at the same time."
"AT&T is a really good company."
"I am stuck in a job now where I am unable to use my skills. I can't seem to find a way to move internally so if I want to keep up with current technologies I will have to leave for another job. They also seem to be offshoring many jobs now so things are very unstable."
"I love AT&T very much, but my current job is a contracting job, not a perm full time. Thus, I want to have more secure job soon."
"I'm working on this company since February 2013 up to date."
"I've worked for AT&T since January 2011."
"AT&T is a very large company but I loved working there. The people that I worked with were fantastic, and loved my manager."
"It's merely a stepping stone to something bigger. Since working here almost two years, I have yet to see a single contractor get hired full time. Most workers are contractors here. I doesn't matter what your qualifications are or how experience or knowledgeable you are, you will not get hired. I had a co worker with a CCNA and a Master's Degree in Networking and was not hired. Reason behind this: AT&T Higher Ups don't want to spend money. I don't know of two employees that are happy or content."
"I've worked for AT&T for 3 years, it is a very nice environment for working and self improvement. My team has been great, manager has a clear view, crews are self efficient and enjoy assisting each other."
"I love the company but the opportunities are limited. I am looking for a company that I will make a good living and have an opportunity to advance in my career. I am very motivated and competitive and excel wherever I choose to go. I work very hard to be the best and to complete the assigned tasks to get the job done."
