"I've worked at AT&T for 5 years overall - great environment and great place to make good money. But the commission structure stinks, you sale then get charged back due to fraud or possible fraud. In telesales there should not be any charge-backs, we worked hard to close the sale for the company to turn around and take it back from us like we did not do the sale properly. Value the hard work DMDR does for the company, stop looking for ways to not pay your employees for their hard work."
