"It's hard to designate exactly what went wrong with the digital life product in the Pittsburgh market, but I can say it had plenty to do with the sales and marketing strategy. There was no real concrete strategy and honestly that is why it is still lacking overall. That is why it is taking so long to take off."

"There were many different departments to advance to, and I could transfer to anywhere in the USA."

"I took an early retirement and miss the job very much. There was nothing I did not like while working at AT&T."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep involved with what your people are saying at the meetings. They are doing the job and usually are the best to ask for suggestions about doing something more efficiently. Have weekly or monthly meetings. Get involved."
