"At least in my unit, no one was ever promoted. We were unable to use the tools we were given, and clear goals were rarely set."

"Your company needed more direct leadership. Having clear and concise goals is key to a successful business."

"Sometimes it was a little difficult to get some staff members to step out of their comfort zones and do something that had not been done before."
