"Very tense atmosphere between top management and union. High production stress on the border of unattainable goals for their employees."

"First level management was great. Upper level management really needs to be more in touch with what is attainable by the reps on the floor. I took a job with 28k a year, a $12k drop in pay, just to get out of that sort of stressful environment."

"Begin to hire your consultants. You are losing a lot of knowledge by keeping your consultants for 2 yrs and dismissing them."

"Focus on keeping the good managers and not base layoffs by salary."

"Nothing in particular. Although at times the size of the organization made it somewhat impersonal."
