"I have been working for ATT for 7 months now and I feel it is and awesome company who is making great strides. But the division I work for is not ideal for someone looking for a career."
"I worked at AT&T from 1991 to 2013. The company has excellent employee benefits. I was provided with the opportunity to improve and cultivate my skills through both internal and external learning opportunities."
"The company pays well but they are not welling to train employees to gain a different position into the company."
"I've worked for AT&T since 2009. Great company to work for with opportunities for advancement with the company. My time spent there has been very knowledgeable and helped me to build great work ethic with a great work environment."
"The company is a large company and sometimes the bureaucracy gets in the way of doing your job, it is hard to sometimes get your managers time to explain and understand issues, so it makes your job harder to do. However benefits and coverages are good and other discounts are also significant. if there were more promotions then it would be worth it to stay . Overall good company."
"I've worked for AT&T for 15 years with lower than average pay and lead my own team of Internet Data Center employees."
"I've been with this company for a little over a year, it's a great place to work if you don't mind climbing through attics or crawling under homes, regardless the situation. There have been times I was instructed to do something that could have been hazardous to my health, and I don't think that is something I want to happen more than once. I want to stay healthy for my family."
"I'm working for AT&T since April 2014, its been one of the best companies I have worked for."
"Junk company, harshly run. Poor pay."
"I love working for AT&T, the work load is slow in this industry of Uverse. As the sole provider in my home, I need consistent employment."
"AT&T is the best company in the world."
"AT and T provided me with a good experience."
"To put this all in a nutshell so to speak, the job is fun and co-workers and most 1st level managers want to help get the job done. Pay and benefits exceed some communication companies and lag behind others. It's a numbers game though with constant harassment from higher ups. Mandatory overtime is required often, which is a 2 edged sword. Great help with the paycheck but tough on the family sometimes. Manager promotions come around often to those dedicated enough."
"Great place to start working."
"This is a great company to work for."
