"People are just numbers and there are heavy politics and back-stabbing."

"Remember that the people under get you to where you are and keep you there. Nothing happens without the little man and they are people too. They sacrifice with little recognition."

"We were unprepared for success in the job. Organization was poor and there was not enough expertise to learn from."

"Focus on preparing for the job as well as for being a professional. You did a great job preparing people to be professional but nobody was ready for the job itself."

"I like everything about my job here at AT&T. The people I work with are wonderful and I have a great boss."

"Be a go-getter. You aren't going to have a lot of back up or training. You will get out of the job what you put into learning the ropes within the company. Put your best foot forward and have fun."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"I don't care for the commute to Cambridge, but they allow me to come in early and leave early to avoid the traffic."

"I would suggest to the management to have better training in place for new hires. I was on my own learning the software and reading all the documentation. I feel a company should take time with new employees to show them the ropes and get them up to speed with how they run things."
