"Always remember management and non management is a two way street and in the end we all have one company goal to achieve."

"Not a thing! Poor respect to employees. ATT wants employees treated poor!"

"Be aware of poor treatment by ATT. ATT wants 98% install time it takes to do a job plus 100% treatment to customer, and as an installer one cannot give that type of service. ATT's prem tech turnover is 87%."

"How they treat prem techs! The job is an open door - prem techs coming and going!"

"Treat employees better. Know that a prem tech needs a life and not working 60+ hours a week! Summer time 70+ hours."
