"To bad it won't be seen by the people that need to see."

What do you like about working at AT&T?

"The job was great at first, but then the micromanagement started. The regional VP should not have the power he has - he just gets rid of good, hardworking people who work the street and actually get in front of customers and sell. He should be losing HIS job, rather than the Business Account Executives losing their jobs."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't work for AT&T."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"The micromanagement. Managers don't care one bit about having good, dedicated and loyal employees. All they care about are numbers. I made several calls to HR for support and got the same amount of support that I got from my sales manager: None."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of management team, they have no idea what it's really like out on the streets."

"Tough job."

What do you like about working at AT&T?

"I liked working from home."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Great beginner sales job. Just pray that you get a manager who can help you become successful. If you don't, you will instantly hate sales."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"I'm getting fired next week, even though I'm over 100% of my quota."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The only reason my manager is in her position is because of her total years with AT&T. Today she had to add 8 + 5 and she made a square with dots to count to 15! True story."
