"Working with AT&T overall was a very positive experience for me. I learned how to work within a team, my strengths as well as weaknesses. My co-workers helped to make the workplace more enjoyable aside from the many pressures of working in a call center environment. Best part of the job was being able to assist customers with their technical issues and insuring the service they're paying for is working. Like any call center there's always the ups and the downs."

"I was in the FirstNet division, a network dedicated to first responders, which was quite interesting. Overall the company is making a big bet on media and may be a distraction from the core mission - wireless. As a result, I give the CEO low marks."

"AT&T/Directv is a great company to start your career in. You'll learn a lot about how a big corporation functions and get to work on a product that's already developed and has a lot of users. You know your work matters because you know there're a lot of customers/clients. It's an amazing opportunity if you want to get the feel for a big corporate."
