What do you like about working at AT&T?
"Being able to feed my family. Having medical benefits and at least some level of job security in frightening times."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Yes - read some reviews and websites. See what the customers have to say about the way we do business, and then run as far and as fast as you can."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"Outright lies told to customer to gain the sales. Inaccurate and intentionally deceitful about our own products, and the services we promote on the behalf of others. Required to accept verbal abuse and threats, profanity, racial/sexual/national harassment from unpleasant customers with no recourse. Required to lie to customers about how our partners can fix this - and then transfer already irate callers off for our blindsided partners to cope with."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take ownership. Educate your employees, educate your customers. If you make a mistake on a customer's account - fix it - don't pass them off expecting someone else to do it for you."
