"I feel that the management needs to be more interactive, and not only when a sale is closed."

"I feel that the managers should play an active role in new business accounts, from start to finish."

"Like to be in control of my own territory and how to run it successfully. Also I love to close my deals"

"Make sure you love to prospect for all new business. Must have a hunter mentality and a very high closing ratio."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"There is not any room for advancement or for any type of professional growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not to have them compare our quotas to those same quotas from 10 years ago. The market is 100% different than it was 10 years ago."

"I liked the fact that I wasn't micromanaged. I could just come in and get my job done."

"AT&T is so large that you just become another number."

"I think the management needs to get back in the field more."
