"Policy, procedure, Big company feel; things sometimes move slowly and you sometimes don't know where to go to get corporate answers."

"I don't know what I would do different, things seem to be running well."

"They may tell you that you can do whatever you want, and that you'll be able to shape your own career here... but I hope you talk loud, because that's all they listen to, even if the ideas aren't remotely viable."

"Red tape. Red tape, freaking everywhere. There's a system and a formula for everything that we do, and no one can ever deviate from that plan. They love their red tape, and they're scared of change."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"No more stabbing backs on your way to the top. No more of someone saying jump and forcing everyone to ask how high. People would actually be able to develop their careers as they see fit, instead of forcing them to stick in their box because they're good at it right now, so they'll always be good at it. And stop shoving features in for the sake of having features. It should be quality over quantity, but they add more work while laying off other workers... so we all have to work longer hours, and they get away with it because, well, we're salaried."

"Be prepared for how you will navigate such a large company with little to no support."

"Too focused on big business and corporate America. Difficult to navigate."
