"Wonderful access to information. Bluewashing brings new employees up to speed quickly and efficiently. I completely enjoyed ArborText, creating online help, modifying the very heavy documents (how many thousand pages)."

"If approaching Littleton by 128, the traffic will be so bad AM and PM that you might not want to work there."
What don't you like about working at IBM?
"Taking 6 months for Politico/Executives to make decisions. With such a massive corporation, change is like watching mustard seeds grinding on huge stone wheels.Reorganizing the DataPower documents 2 or 3 times, adding to customer confusion as each new release comes out. I did not like the political infighting of tasks and task owners. I don't expect to go to work and hear bombs."

"None, management was excellent. It's not easy to run a global company and I think all in all, IBM has a great template."

"Always working in a challenging environment with new technologies."

"Large company with too much management."

"I came to IBM through their acquisition of Lotus Development Corp. They kept Lotus' key product offerings. The work was interesting and challenging."

"It's been a few years since working there. I think my main reason for leaving is the commute to Cambridge, and IBM / Lotus was the company I began my career with and I wanted to check out some other companies and environments."
