"I've been working for IBM India for past 3 yrs. It's really a good company to work for and do a lot, but there are few teams where you won't get a chance to learn a lot and do well. We have to go out of the way to learn and develop ourselves which is not a fair play inside the organization. Over all IBM is a good company to work for but the management should give more liberty to allow people expand their area of expertise."

"Be prepared for non-stop re-organizations, and reporting to management who have no idea what you do (due to reorg). Document everything."

"All personal development opportunities have vanished in the last 5 years."
