"What I tell people about IBM is that it is a good company to retire from, perhaps not the best company to start a career with. IBM feels like a company too big for its own good. Amazing technology, amazing services, terrible alignment. I started at IBM as an MBA hire a little later, but I had considerable experience in management and technology. Despite this, I feel like my direct supervisor held me back."
