What do you like about working at IBM?

"I like the technical and professional environment. I like the continuous challenge of making a business better. I like forming teams and creating complex ideas like automation systems, or shipping management systems and bringing those concepts to fruition."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"They downsize a lot. I chose to leave IBM a few years ago to be a full time stay at home mom but I have many colleagues who work, always waiting for the other shoe to drop and their name to be called for a resource action."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Value their employees."

"Work harder to retain their US employees because the level of customer service with non-US employees will hurt IBM in the long run."
