"The company does not offer jobs abroad because is a Colombian subsidiary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest to promote employees which have international experience and speak two languages, like Spanish and English."

"IBM is a global company, and their outsourcing division Global Services was new when I started. It later accounted for more than half of company revenue."

"None relevant. If you know Java, Ruby, PHP, C#, JQuery, etc. you will be sure to get a job."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"The Global Services division due to outsourcing has no loyalty to its employees."

"None. They know what they are doing, and it's a good business model."

"Company is very good. we have very good environment to work with the client."

"I would suggest them to check about all of the things what they looking for."

"it's a very good brand company. We have good facilities to work with."

"It depends on the place here. Based on the location, we have the limitations."

"Although it's a little stuffy and staid, many of my coworkers are great people and help keep things at least a little interesting."

"Know your stuff, dress well, and realize that you're not getting a raise for 3 years."

"Not all projects here are created equal. This is a contracting sort of job, and while some projects are amazing to work for, some are rather difficult."

"The pay is too little to keep the good developers around here. Higher pay would go very far."
