"Teamwork has degraded. Some team members attempt to sabotage your work in front of the clients. Self-serving, egotistical managers."

"Create a team that would seek out those individuals who has a track record of high performance and ensure they are properly placed within the company to best utilize their skills and passion. Ensure they are not placed in a position where they cannot excel. And ensure that the high performing individuals who are in a position that doesn't use their passion, are moved to a position where their passion is utilized."
