"My previous company was purchased by IBM. Big company experience was helpful but I enjoy start-ups."
"Responsible for architecture, project management, estimating, design. Too much travel for this position (100% each week). I don't mind traveling up to 60% of the time. I have earned a very good reputation and have earned a high band level. As senior management consultant, I am expected to perform any role on a project. Most of the projects I am either delivery manager, project manager, or lead architect."

"I disliked working sometimes around the clock and trying to stay awake while driving home, which was a two-hour drive."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When employees are out all night, send them home to rest. It is very easy to make mistakes while sleepy. Have more people cover each area of service."
