"Growth level is less."

"Management is good. I have nothing to tell them. My work life balance was maintained."
What do you like about working at IBM?
"At one time the job was abundant but economy has torn that down and companies no longer want to outsource the services, which takes employees from making 150k a year to 100k or less and that's for the ones making it happen. Also, company closes offices and you don't know if your next."

"100% travel, some issues with work/life balance."

"My family was employed by IBM for 3 generations. IBM afforded my family an excellent life. I was able to grow and learn more about leading technology than I would have from any other Fortune 500 company. IBM was an exciting company to work at and participate in technological growth."
What don't you like about working at IBM?
"I do not care for the company sending American jobs to other countries and failing to keep Americans employed. This business decision has destroyed lots of families."

"Stand up for American jobs!!!"
