"Contracting is generally dehumanizing, but at least with IBM, a hard worker has a good chance of remaining on contract long after original term expires."

"IBM still has the mindset that those who work insane hours are better, more dedicated employees when in fact, this only makes them less efficient. I would like to see them aggressively move away from this mindset."
