What do you like about working at IBM?

"Very comfortable environment. Friendly coworkers. Always there to help you. Very flexible."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"How about some case studies? I know some companies do that."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"I loved it except for the fact that permanent workers would usually come in late and leave early. IBM needs to provide cubes for contractors too."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please make sure that there is a good time management especially for full-time employees. Also, please provide water and coffee... it does not look right if the employees have to pay for water and coffee."
