"It's a corporate environment with those kinds of issue. Even as a manager you will realize that you are a very small cog in a huge machine that really doesn't need or care about you. Other than that the people I worked with, the satisfaction of solving customer issues and getting the job done on a daily basis is highly fulfilling to me."

"IBM retaliated against me for taking FMLA leave, beware!! The moment I returned from FMLA leave due to a disability, I was retaliated against by a VP. I contacted HR on two different occasions, and they did nothing. I ended up having to contact the EEOC and they have given me permission to sue IBM due to them retaliating against me for taking FMLA leave. If you have a disability, don’t expect this company to honor protected FMLA leave even though it’s against the law if they treat you the same way they did me."
