What don't you like about working at IBM?

"One time great, IBM will be the biggest news to disaster in coming years. No vision for sustaining talent or organic growth. Corporates envision that their mediocre sales team can keep them alive only with the brand name they earned through last 60 years without producing any real product. They are good to kill any acquisition, no real R&D and only a powerpoint company, putting their eggs to be a service company with contract labor force."

"Transform yourselves into smarter people, recognize your drawbacks as poor strategists."
