"It is headquartered in down town Dallas. The traffic is so bad. Almost 3 hours a day for the travel."

"If you don't want to move up in your career, want to receive a salary around 100k for the rest of your life and would be interested in living in a cubicle, then this is the perfect job for you."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"The job was not cut out for those wanting to be successful and really wealthy someday. It was also highly political. The company was too big, and there were many people in management just waiting to retire. All of them had been there for 30+ years and don't understand the new generation. It was terrible."

"Tenure shouldn't decide promotions. Managers don't know how to manage beyond clocking the amount of time you are at or away from your cubicle."

"Ask questions, be on time, and let them know what you want from them (as far as the tools you'll need in order to be successful)."

"The micromanagement, at times, was not needed and prevented employees from doing their jobs."

"Be prepared to do a sales pitch. Be confident and make sure you know your abilities and what you are capable of. Also be prepared for a position that is approximately 20% account management and 80% new business hunting as opposed to what the perception of the position is."

"They were not very innovative. When it came to their products, they had a very one size fits all mentality and did not develop fast enough thus falling behind the industry."

"Be closer to the leader of the pack as opposed to coasting on reputation alone."
