"Give the lower and middle management more of a voice. They are the ones in the trenches each day, so they can offer the most insight and suggestions for positive change."

"You're probably going in as a contractor, and that too, for the lowest salary possible. Take the job, say yes to evereything, and find a proper job while you work with them. You will find the time for a job hunt at this company."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"Bottom Feeder organization. Horrible behaviors towards Blacks, Indians and minorities in general. Worse management culture I have ever come across."

"Replace all of them and start anew to get a positive sincere culture put in place. I am told that when the company was SBC, the sort of under-handed behavior I witnessed was not possible."
