"My tips would apply to any interview: Just be confident and be yourself. There is extensive testing prior to getting an interview, so study, study and study some more."

"The union."

"Change your attitudes about the global reach of the old AT&T. Be able to be flexible and quick moving in the current, fast-changing environment."

"I worked from home as an analyst, so the independent work environment was very enjoyable. When needed, I traveled to meetings to present findings and communicate with team members."

"The pressure to perform well and comply with management directives, whether they were logical or not."

"Hire people who are qualified for the job. Ask those that are going to be working for a manager who they would want to work for."

"If you create a better balance, you won't need to hire replacements all the time."

"I had no issues, our division was sold to Cingular which then was closed since the division I worked for (International) closed its offices."

"Once I really made things happen the business was so successful they wanted to divide it up."

"If it's not broke don't fix it."
