"I like the opportunity to interface with many different departments and groups. Also, being in sales, I was able to work externally with customers. The interaction and satisfaction that came from helping customers was incredibly rewarding."

"The overall direction since SBC bought AT&T is not the same. There have been many instances where I questioned the ethics and morality of some decisions being directed toward myself and others."

"The main issue I see within AT&T is that mid-level management hides the real issues from upper management so the issues never get resolved or even realized. I think that if there was more open communication and teamwork, we could benefit the customers we serve."

"It is a good place to learn more technology - I learned about most J2SE/J2EE-based technology products from AT&T. Most of the projects are webservices and XML interfaces to other applications, so you can learn more and more about new technologies."

"After going into the project, the same technology is used for all remaining projects."

"The flow of data for each project has to be discussed with developers. There needs to be more technical / data flow discussion between managers and developers."
