"There was always an opportunity to grow and develop your talent."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest. Be on time for the interview. Relax and have your thoughts together before answering the question. Oh, and listen."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"I loved my job, but we moved our office from the beautiful El Segundo area to Carson, CA."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more involved with employees. Have more training sessions off-site, even you need to hold them at another office."

"I like the $$$."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask people in a store what they think of mgmt. Ask customers about their impression of the services. Go online and research others in the industry and ask plenty of questions. Don't be fooled by the standard boilerplate lines managers give."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"Poor leadership. CYA culture. Incompetent people were constantly recognized and promoted. Lack of career advancement. They want to be the best place to work but constantly scrutinized for poor labor practices. Lack of diversity in management. Boy's club. Not worth the time, effort, energy to deal with backbiting from jealous peers or irrational managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You make an effort to buy MFI Mgmt consultants but don't listen to key issues from employees."
