These were my best 3 years at IBM. The last 2 years I was in a role that did not require traveling. It was basically growth on existing accounts."

They're constantly trying to reinvent themselves in a highly volatile environment. They do change for the sake of change without a clear vision or grasp of a realistic outcome.
