"Company was bought by IBM. Once that happens things changed;i.e. management attitudes and procedures.Worked with satisfactory reviews and then called in and told your worked was un-satisfactory;selected for lay-off."

"Better direction and leadership qualities. Manager needed more hands-on experience and more morale building techniques."

"Put more emphasis on bringing your top talent up the ranks and try to retain your young people. Move employees into better positions if they deserve them, get rid of 30+ year sr management and replace with younger motivated top talent."
