"IBM is not a company anymore to strive for meritocracy or offer any real value rather than converting into a staffing company."

What do you like about working at IBM?

"If you have connections with the right contacts, not much worry about meritocracy or competency, IBM may be your place."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are smart and like to grow, stay away from IBM."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"One time great, IBM will be the biggest news to disaster in coming years. No vision for sustaining talent or organic growth. Corporates envision that their mediocre sales team can keep them alive only with the brand name they earned through last 60 years without producing any real product. They are good to kill any acquisition, no real R&D and only a powerpoint company, putting their eggs to be a service company with contract labor force."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Transform yourselves into smarter people, recognize your drawbacks as poor strategists."
