"Upper management, management gets paid way too much for their lazy asses."

"Fight for your technicians, upper managers shouldn't have the last say on technician's future - should be 1st level managers only w/whom has relationship w/employees."

"Over time, the company had lost touch with their customers. I wish that the company treated their customers better."

"My managers were great, but I saw other managers who would badger their employees and stand over their shoulders all the time."

"Great beginner sales job. Just pray that you get a manager who can help you become successful. If you don't, you will instantly hate sales."

"I'm getting fired next week, even though I'm over 100% of my quota."

"The only reason my manager is in her position is because of her total years with AT&T. Today she had to add 8 + 5 and she made a square with dots to count to 15! True story."
