"I did not like the micro-management style and having to deal with Union dues."

"Even though my family members back home were sick and dying, I was required to travel often and conduct meetings across the United States. AT&T's policy disallowed telecommuting, which was precisely what I needed to be able to do at that time. Actually, this was the reason I left the company in the first place."
