"Fewer layers of management, and a more open door policy towards engaging upper management."

"Be prepared to be timely and try to get a sale on every call."

"Inbound call center. There was not enough analysis, although the environment was very competitive."

"To possibly add benefits for aging parents when the budget allows."

"The executives recognized my contributions, and they honored me with awards and sought my participation in strategic planning for products."

"Good luck - they are not hiring at this time."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"Even though my family members back home were sick and dying, I was required to travel often and conduct meetings across the United States. AT&T's policy disallowed telecommuting, which was precisely what I needed to be able to do at that time. Actually, this was the reason I left the company in the first place."
