"Know that communication is lacking when it comes to the future of the company and the jobs. There's very little ongoing training and few opportunities for employees to learn about all the different jobs AT&T has to offer."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"Not enough positive recognition. As a supervisor there, I would have to use my own money for any type of recognition for my group. Upper management was never present. Too many jobs were sent out of the US, which meant that too many jobs were cut in CA."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep the employees employed - stop outsourcing! If outsourcing DOES need to happen, make sure employees are kept in the loop and know what will be happening in the future."

"Even though my family members back home were sick and dying, I was required to travel often and conduct meetings across the United States. AT&T's policy disallowed telecommuting, which was precisely what I needed to be able to do at that time. Actually, this was the reason I left the company in the first place."
