"Every six (6) months there was an automatic review of performance and discussion of goals."

"Be prepared to be timely and try to get a sale on every call."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"Inbound call center. There was not enough analysis, although the environment was very competitive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To possibly add benefits for aging parents when the budget allows."
