"Technology changing and keeping up with new equipment, learning new systems."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Get rid of upper management. Bellsouth was much better-run company."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"Too much emphasis on numbers, and spreadsheets, they just change numbers to get results they want."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat employees better, train them, quit tracking every little thing they do. GPS on vehicles but can't get training on equipment."
