What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"Everything, the salary sucks, work environment sucks, management sucks. They have no respect for the employees and all they are about is money so the top executives can get big bonuses."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Quit and hire people that have management skills."

"I enjoyed the people I worked for and with at AT&T. Management was good, the company had a lot of great offerings."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"At the end I was traveling weekly for the company and it was not conducive to family life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The upper management needs to be a bit more flexible as far as how hard they work their employees."

"I like the working environment. There is constant pressure but nothing that I can't handle."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"It's the 3rd shift that's going for more than 2 months. I'd like to have frequent shift rotations."

"Allow telecommuting work at least once or twice a week. It saves time, gas and money."
