"Learn to be micro managed but find the right time and way to stand up for yourself so you don't get walked on."

"Micro management. Belittling, and treating like a child. Constantly telling how to do you job no matter how long you've been doing it. An air of smugness."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Offer advice and coaching instead of rampant criticism. Treat my employees like adults instead of children. Give some control to the managers below me instead of micro managing everything."

What do you like about working at Sprint?

"Working for a commission based company, I have gained significant experience, knowledge and skills over the last 4 years through this company. I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed the fact that the office tried to do community outreach with local organizations."

"If you are a good at selling and are commission driven, this is a good company to work for."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"I felt I was not challenged enough at the job. As a fresh face in the working world, the company offers a great opportunity for a good entry level position; however, after being there for so many years, I felt I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and there was no room for advancement in the company."

"Focus on long term employees as well as newly hired. This is the backbone of sales."
