"Learn to be micro managed but find the right time and way to stand up for yourself so you don't get walked on."

"Micro management. Belittling, and treating like a child. Constantly telling how to do you job no matter how long you've been doing it. An air of smugness."

"Offer advice and coaching instead of rampant criticism. Treat my employees like adults instead of children. Give some control to the managers below me instead of micro managing everything."

"The company I enjoyed about the best was overtime. Also my mentor/boss is the reason why I stayed with Sprint."

"Good luck... can be a great company. But when it comes to support or coaching there is none. Take your experiences and put them to work at Sprint. You don't learn much."

"Structure/support/training, and upper management needs to know how to stop micro managing."

"Better training and on-boarding for new employees, also need more support for your managers and also employees."

"The only tips I would have for anyone interviewing with this company is for them to be honest and open to ensure the job is a good fit for them."

"If I had to pick something, I would say the location would be something I don't like."

"I would suggest to management that there is a need to listen to staff more to really hear what they have to say."

"One suggestion for management is to cut the long hours."

"Working for a commission based company, I have gained significant experience, knowledge and skills over the last 4 years through this company. I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed the fact that the office tried to do community outreach with local organizations."

"If you are a good at selling and are commission driven, this is a good company to work for."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"I felt I was not challenged enough at the job. As a fresh face in the working world, the company offers a great opportunity for a good entry level position; however, after being there for so many years, I felt I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and there was no room for advancement in the company."

"Focus on long term employees as well as newly hired. This is the backbone of sales."

"Sprint currently contracts their employees out to Ericsson, and they should not do this."

"Working 24 hours straight every other week without concern from upper management."

"Upper management's lack of concern for personal safety, with employees understaffed and working day and night."

"The position that I am in does not have room for me to be able to move up in the company."

"Get everything in writing, accept no verbal obligations whatsoever from the director or the SMB manager."

"There were many threats and constant changes in contract types with no notice whatsoever. Makes for a very unstable work environment."

"Consistency and staying true to what they say, it is difficult to grow and develop new markets when you do not know what the actual direction of the company is."

"Outside sales, love cold calling and opening new accounts, then servicing them."

"No great company to work for, but they set high expectations."

"In the office too often this leads to way too much unproductive time."

"Let the reps manage their time, the management holds you back."

"Learn to play the game. It's not about who you are, but how people perceive you."

"Poor communication, no room for advancement, extremely stressful environment, managers reward favorites, not necessarily best employees."

"Upper management should talk with employees on the front lines prior to rolling out new initiatives. Do a better job of reviewing senior managers."

"I truly loved working for my manager because he was also the owner."

"I really liked that my manager was also the owner of my Sprint location. I had a lot of room to work with my customers' needs, which made me happy to be able to help them out."

"As long as you work your hardest every day and keep the customers your priority, then it's a great company to work for."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"There was no positions that could be moved into. Sales associates held the only one position and that was the only thing you would be able to do."

"To be more aware of the other associates that he had working for them and what they were doing."
