"All the mangers I have worked with at Sprint are excellent. Every manager not only cares about Sprint but cares about you as a person, keep up the great work!"

"Lead by example, that makes the difference to the associates, roll up your sleeves."

"The people were great and provided excellent service and support to customers."

"Good luck. Focus on product and customer knowledge and team leadership. Team selling at Sprint is required to win deals and you must bring engineering and service together for any sales effort."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"A lot changed for the company. As their business contracted and their operating costs when up they became less and less competitive. Their target markets became small and medium size companies and internationally they did not have any viable solutions. All decisions were taken out of the field to senior management who was disconnected from the customer and their decision on pricing made no sense. Their acquisition of Nextel and their wrong bet on WiMax sealed their fate and was very costly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the field, they know the customers. Retaining a current customer is paramount, for once you lose them it will take years to get them back."

"Insurance benefit. My coworkers keep me going everyday! My former district manager helped us stay positive about our jobs. He cared about us and appreciated our work."

"You should focus on sales skills and customer service when interviewing."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"The company constantly changes expectations. We struggle to meet the demands of customers due to staffing shortages. There is a complete disregard for how hard we work and they do not respect our time. Take time from PTO if we do not work 45 hours a week but do not add time to PTO if you work over 45 hours."

"Focus on positive motivation, not negative! Allow time for a work-life balance. Celebrate employee tenure. Offer incentives to show appreciation."

"Please be results oriented and results driven. Focus on previous hard work and how you drove results."

"I disliked the lack of vision and training and development."

"Each leader should be given a clear direction from upper management and they should focus on employee development rather than the short sighted approach to thinking about their individual organization."

"Lack of focus in direction, inconsistencies in how we do business."

"I feel executive leadership is on the right path, however, the expansion of the organization from a regional company to a national platform is the cause of the growing pain."

"Working as a Lead Rep I made almost as much, if not more, than my ASM, so why would one want that position."

"How little they valued very good employees, you would figure that if one has put in their blood, sweat, and tears into a company it would be worth a little more."

"The management was great for my development within sales, but personal feeling one may have towards a person should not discredit their work effort."

"That lake of ability to move forward quickly in the company even with great recommendations within the company."

"Pay the employees more that have and exceed the desired qualifications and that perform above the standard."

"Do not like politics in office environment. Need flexible timings."

"Figure out if retail is for you. The hours are not good. You don't get many weekends off. And the vacation you have to fight for. It's retail."

"The work we do is not intriguing at all and there is no real room to grow your knowledge."

"There is such a thing as a business cycle. Sales will go up and down with it, the economy, and consumer trends so there is no need to base your attitude on the slump of a sales year and become angry over completely expected events."

"Network is behind the competition, struggling for market share, and financial future is in question."

"Sprint does a great job with bringing to market innovative products, however our history of implementation has been poor and needs to be significantly improved. Also, don't break any policy, as they will fire you in a heartbeat."

"Talk about upselling, abc closing techniques, customer experience is of highest importance."

"Accountability was lacking, Leadership was lacking. All direct managers were hands off and not available if necessary."

"Do things by policy, be on a strict schedule for monthly goals and hot items, more strict in regards to accountability."
